thats my butterfly. His name is Sam. I named him after my cousin Sam who has cancer. There is a chance he can die from this. Cancer is slowly killing him. Im slowly killing myself. Sam is fighting to live. Im fighting to keep living for Sam.

I do still do it when I'm anxious, but that is out of habit and it's gotten SO much better. I'm so much happier because of this. <3

It's helped me identify with the butterflies more. If each is personalised, not just with names and initials it helps me to feel more connected to the people who drew them or I drew them...
